"Framing Wilderness, Finding the Center of the World, and the Sublime in a Rearview Mirror." James Trainor, former US editor of Frieze, and a regular contributor to Artforum, Art in America, Cabinet, will give a lecture in the gallery space about his recent writings on geography and art.
In conjunction with Cafe Unmooring, a collaborative exhibition in Hartell Gallery, November 15-26, 2010. The project is a lecture/workshop and exhibition collaboratoin between visual artists and writers from Cornell's MFA programs, in conjunction with lecture by James Trainor.
