Jake Puglisi is a music and performance artist who incorporates contemporary art into his art practice. Jake works with print media, animation, sculpture, paint and many other mediums. Jake combines the real world with the animated world to create a beautiful harmony between the two. He has ambitions to become one of the first music artists to combine his own animations with his music.

Jake has been collecting plastics and found materials to create a body suit which will be incorporated in his upcoming video. Jake uses sculptural elements to create miniature worlds which become part of his animations. By creating borders between the viewer and the virtual space of the animation the viewer enters the portal of the phone screen. The viewer becomes an immersive participant of the piece creating an emotional space to reside.
